There is a new addition to FabTrol Systems’ integrated steel fabrication management software. FabTrol Field is the newest addition to the FabTrol Systems and it provides job site personnel with remote web-enabled access to real-time project data.

With FabTrol Field you can have fingertip access from any smart phone or desktop computer to the information you need to meet project schedules.

All authorized project participants, from the on-site project manager to the general contractor and erector, simply login to a secure website to access the real-time FabTrol MRP project data needed.

The user will be able to check the status of any assembly on their job, details and status of all loads bound for the job site, and the graphical project status summaries.

Current users of the FabTrol MRP will appreciate how the addition of FabTrol Field ad ModelView to Version 3.6 improves the coordination between all of the project participants and help them to manage the project more effectively.

Project participants who are authorized to do so may also mark a load as received from the remote login, which will automatically update load statuses, including the received date in the FabTrol MRP.

FabTrol MRP Version 3.6 also includes ModelView, a free FabTrol Systems’ plug-in developed jointly with Tekla Corporation. ModelView allows fabricators to review current assembly information in the model, colorized by drawing, production and shipping statuses.
